With few exceptions, all written and/or electronic government records are available to the general public.  Some personnel, police and court records are specifically exempt under state law.  


Requests
- For a fee, you can obtain any record by submitting a request to either the Town Clerk or the Boonton Police Department.  Request forms can be obtained here at Town Hall, but the easiest way is to download and print the following forms:
